    LOGISTIC SUPPORT ENGINEERING

    Number of required resources: 1
    Operating in the following department:

    • Customer Support & Services – Italy
    • Product Support Engineering
    • Integrated Logistic Support

    Activities
    The service includes the performance of the following service:

    • Support to SAP and NATO codification activities for procurable items of helicopters (design data collection, DB management, etc)
    • Analysis of “storage conditions” requirements issued by customer Engineering and data transfer on CS&S databases
    • Applicability check for P/N inquires by Customers (assessment of Vendors CMM, Technical Publications, Engineering BOM, etc)
    • Support to Vendors CMM assessment and analysis

    Location
    The service requires continuous presence at final customer premises (Varese area – Italy)

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).
    • All deliverables shall be in English language
    • Knowledge of SAP

    IN-SERVICE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

    Number of required resources: 1
    Operating in the following department:

    • Customer Support & Services
    • Product Support Engineering
    • Integrated Logistic Support

    Activities
    The service includes the performance of the following service:

    • Analysis of Design Data
    • Development of Manufacturing Work Instructions
    • Support to FAI (First Article Inspection) plan management in accordance with final customer procedures
    • Support to CS&S Capability List (EASA Part 21G)
    • Support to creation and management of Logistic P/N
    • Development of assembly instructions for Production P/N

    Location
    The service requires continuous presence at final customer premises (Varese area – Italy)

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access) with specific competence on Visual Basic programming.
    • Knowledge of EASA Part 21 Section A Subpart G requirements
    • All deliverables shall be in English language.
    • Manufacturing Engineering experience

    TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS VALIDATION

    Number of required resources: 1
    Operating in the following department:

    • Customer Support & Services – Italy
    • Product Support Engineering (PSE)
    • Integrated Logistic Support

    Activities
    The service includes the performance of the following service:

    • Execution of “TABLE TOP” validation of customer Technical Publications by comparing Data Modules with the relevant source Technical Documentation (ATP, technical notes, manufacturing work instructions, drawings, etc).
    • Support to “SIMULATED” and “ON OBJECT” validation of customerTechnical Publications performed by Maintenance personnel.
    • Management of customer Technical Publications Validation database.
    • Preparation of Validation Reports following activity completion.

    The service requires continuous presence at final customer premises (Varese area – Italy)

    Requirements

    • Background on helicopter maintenance (EASA Part 145).
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).
    • All deliverables shall be in English language.

    TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS MANAGEMENT

    Operating in the following department:

    • Customer Support & Services – Italy

    Activities
    The service includes the performance of the following service:

    • Creation and maintenance in SAP of Tech Pubs data (creation of P/N and BOM, Tech Pubs index management, etc).
    • Recording in SAP of customer stock transactions (paper copies and electronic copies of Technical Publications).
    • Publication of customer Tech Pubs on corporate Portal
    • Support of printing activity.
    • Tech Pubs Stock management.
    • Creation of SAP notification for Tech Pubs distribution.

    TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

    Activities
    The service includes the performance of the following service:

    • Analysis of design data (creation of P/N and BOM, Tech Pubs index management, etc) to assess impacts on Technical Publications (aircrew, maintenance and parts catalogue).
    • Analysis of Technical Publications Queries raised by Customers and preparation of related answers.
    • Drafting of procedures.
    • Support of Tech Pubs traceability databases.

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).
    • All deliverables shall be in English language.
    • Knowledge of S1000D specifications
    • Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (EASA Part 21J and/or AER (Armaereo).
